Exchanges and returns
At SENSE NU, our priority is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return, provided that the following conditions are met:
Conditions for return:
1. The product must be in its original packaging without breaking the inner seal and in the same condition in which you received it.
2. It must not be used or damaged.
3. You must include proof of purchase or order number.
Exchange or return process:
1. Contact us via email [oriol@sensenu.com] within 30 days. Please state the reason for the exchange or return and the order number.
2. After approving your request, we will provide you with instructions for sending the product back.
3. Shipping costs for the exchange (and subsequent shipping) or return will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product has factory defects or errors in the order.
Reshipments and Refunds:
- Once we receive and verify the status of the exchanged or returned product, we will carry out the reshipment process and in case of return, we will proceed to process the refund of the product.
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, and may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method and bank.
Products that cannot be returned:
-Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, unless they present defects or errors in the order.
